◆Wave Inc., Basic Policy regarding the Protection of Personal Information
Wave Inc. (the Company) recognizes that in the conduct of our business activities the protection of personal information is a serious responsibility.
Accordingly, we have determined the following personal information protection policy, and will strive to protect personal information.
In gathering personal information, upon explicitly specifying the purpose of its use, the Company will gather only the required information, give notification or public announcement of the purpose of use, and use the information only for such uses.
Personal information obtained for production of programing will not be used for any other purpose.
Personal information gathered by the Company will not be provided to any third party without obtaining the concerned individual’s consent in advance, except as required by law.
In addition to striving to keep personal information accurate and up to date, the Company will promptly respond to requests from the concerned individual to disclose, correct, or cease the use of his or her personal information.
The Company will make the correct methods of handling personal information common knowledge to all persons involved in our business activities and will strive to conduct the necessary oversight and enlightenment.
Safety Control Measures:
The Company will establish a secure protection system to prevent the leakage, loss, or damage, etc. of personal information and make efforts towards safety measures.
Personal information will be properly disposed of or eliminated when its purpose of use has been concluded or due to other circumstances. Note, personal information (non-returnable) obtained through responses to auditions, etc. will be disposed of or eliminated in a similar manner.
